从1992年开始, SamHop三合微科股份有限公司定位为专业IC Design House，由原Consumer IC & Logic IC Design转型为Power Management、Audio Amplifier、LED driver及MOSFET IC(功率IC)的Design House；SamHop三合微科的团队具有完整的产品企划、模拟和数字的IC Design、MOSFET IC Design、High quality的测试、精良严谨的质量管控及广阔的营销网等专业人才组合而成。

IC Design由原Consumer、 Logic Device之Process，转换为Mixed Mode Device Process / HV-CMOS Device Process / Bi-CMOS Device Process及BCD Device Process，以提升IC Function及Reliability。

MOSFET IC Design由原Planar Device Process improve到High Density Cell Trench Device Process MOSFET之技术，以提升MOSFET Device之效率及降低成本，目前已全面性量产中。

SamHop三合微科将专注于IC Design之技术提升及高阶制程之应用整合为研发的主要方向。

Since 1992, SHMC was a FABless IC & MOSFETs design house, the company of Logic IC and Mixed Mode IC change  into the Analog and MOSFETs design. 

Our team make up of the professionals of product planning、IC design 、 MOSFETs design、Wafer process、Testing and Sale.

The process of IC design have upgraded from Logic 0.8μm and Mixed Mode 0.5μm to HV-CMOS 0.5μm  and Bi-CMOS/CD-MOS 0.6 μm, which raise the function and reliability of IC.

The process of MOSFETs design have upgraded from Planar to 280M/Cell Trench MOSFETs Technology, which raise the efficiency and reduce the cost of MOSFETs.

SamHop focus on the integration of IC and MOSFETs in the future.
